My name is Bela and I am in my 4th year and final year of a Bachelor of Medical Imaging at Deakin University. To me leadership has always been about contributing to the personal development of both myself and others in the community and ensuring my influences and contributions result in positive impacts on community groups. Some key qualities I associate with good leadership include self-awareness, authenticity, integrity and a growth mindset.

 

This application has allowed me to reflect on how rewarding these leadership experiences have been and I am able to acknowledge how very grateful I am to have been involved in these leadership opportunities.
